adequate but not without its issues
thin towels sofa bed
i was disappointed by a few things the lack of luggage storage was problematic i arrived early expecting to store my bags as advertised but was directed to leave them in the hallway near the lift this felt insecure and unprofessional the room itself was basic the towels were worn thin and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable these small details detracted from what could have been a better experience

a pleasant apartment
tube stations enough space air conditioning sofa bed
the apartment was near multiple tube stations, that helped us get around. it was also clean and there was enough space for the four of us.
the room did not have air conditioning. the room got very hot and there was no fan in the area with the sofa bed. staff could not find another fan.

equipped kitchen cleaning supplies quality linen helpful staff
The apartment had a very well-equipped kitchen. I found everything needed, like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and even milk. Cleaning supplies were also available, including detergent for both the dishwasher and the washing machine. I found the beds very comfortable. The bed linen was of high quality. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were something I especially appreciated.

The kitchen contained an oven, hob, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator with a freezer. I also saw ample cookware, dishes, glasses, and cutlery for preparing and enjoying meals. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and cloths were provided.

The accommodation is just five minutes away from the Aldgate East subway station. This station services the District and Hammersmith lines. This provides very easy access to many parts of the city. Several shops and restaurants are close by.

kitchen essentials working dishwasher useful iron comfortable sofa
the one-bedroom apartment had kitchen essentials including a toaster and kettle, i found it very convenient. the washing machine and dishwasher worked perfectly, i really appreciated it. the apartment also had an iron, ironing board, and a clothes stand. the sofa bed was comfortable, and the apartment felt spacious!
the towels in the apartment felt a bit tired.

the location is perfect and in a safe, pleasant area for walking. it is a three-minute walk to aldgate east underground station. tower bridge is also just a ten-minute walk away.
